ORDERING
& SHIPPING INFORMATION
Vibrator 101 uses UPS for all orders
(except we use US Mail for our brave Military Personal serving at
APO's and FPO's. We can not ship to PO Boxes - Please make sure that
the address you give us is your "physical" delivery address for UPS.
We take great pride in making sure your order is packaged with care
and confidentiality, always using the finest packaging material and
double-checking orders!

We ship your order discretely by using
our corporate packaging name, I-Volution, Inc on all shipments!
At the current time, you can choose how
you would like us to ship your package:
- UPS Ground (taking 2 days in
CA, 2-3 days West Coast, 4-5 days Midwest and 6-8 days for East
Coast (NY,FL, etc.)
- UPS 3-Day Select
- UPS 2-Day
- UPS Next Day Air
*** IMPORTANT - UPS does not count the
day your order is shipped out (if the order is received after 4:30pm
EST or 1:30pm PST - count that as the next business day). UPS does
not count weekends or Holidays in shipping delivery or transit days.
UPS Does not have normal deliveries on Saturdays, although we can
arrange special Next Day Air Saturday deliveries. To calculate a
Saturday delivery amount - choose UPS Next Day Air and then add
$17.00 more.... expensive, but UPS knows you need it!
We usually process your order within
the hour we receive them during normal business hours (Monday -
Friday 9am-5pm Pacific Time) and from the time your transaction is
approved (weekends excluded). Our secure shopping cart automatically
calculates the shipping rates based on the weight of your package.
In addition, you will never be charged any sales tax (California
excluded). If you are in a bind and need the items immediately,

We always suggest having packages
delivered to a Residence or Business where there is someone there to
receive it. Deliveries to apartments or certain residences might not
be left. If the package can be delivered to a business - we ship
discretely, so no one would ever know what is inside, unless it was
opened as we always use our Corporate name on the return address -
I-Volution, Inc.
Please Make sure that ALL information
on the Shipping Address is correct! Any packages, once sent, that
need alterations in shipping address will unfortunately incure an
additional $6 on UPS Ground orders and $11 on 3 Day, 2nd Day Air, or
Next Day Air (provided that corrections can be made). If an
incorrect address is accidentally given, and the package is refused
or returned, we will refund the cost of the items (less the
restocking fee), however we will have to charge for the shipping.
Shipments to businesses are usually delivered earlier than to
residences.

Inc. for your privacy.

RETURNS
If you need to return an item, we will gladly exchange your
product - Adult items are Non-Refundable. All battery operated or electric, have had
batteries added and verified in working condition - prior to shipment. All Items are Brand
New, no Exceptions!
In the event of a defective item we will gladly exchange the
items (shipping charges may be covered depending on the situation) as long as the
following requirements are met:
1.. You email or call us (818) 718-1104 as soon as possible,
explaining which item and why it needs to be exchanged. You will receive a "RMA"
return number with 24-48 hours (business days) and authorization to accompany the return.
2.. The product is returned within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the receipt enclosed
in the box.
3.. The product is in its original packaging and unused or defective (if applicable).
4.. No Food related products are eligible for return.
Please return the item(s) via US Postal Service ground mail (it will be the least
expensive and the only carrier to deliver to PO Boxes). Once we receive the item(s) we
will issue a credit and notify you by email.
